StatRite Conductive Polymers

Injection Molding

About Injection Molding

The injection molding process consists of changing the form of a thermoplastic compound through heat and pressure. Certain molding conditions must be met in order to maintain the required two phase polymer network that provide the ESD path in Stat-Rite® polymer alloys. Therefore, the selection of molding conditions are critical for maximizing the electrical and mechanical results.

Carbo-Rite™ conductive resins are available in a wide range of thermoplastic base resins and ESD additives for providing permanent ESD protection solutions for demanding application requirements.
